By using Nova ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
1. Service Description
Nova is an AI assistant accessible through Telegram. It provides:
- AI-powered conversations with multiple language models
- Tools and skills (search, file management, reminders, etc.)
- Optional integrations (Google, GitHub, TRON wallet, etc.)
- WebApp for account and feature management
2. Accounts
- Your Nova account is linked to your Telegram account.
- You are responsible for all activity on your account.
- You may set up a recovery key to protect account access.
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
3. Payments & Credits
- Nova uses a credit system (Stars ⭐️) for AI model usage and premium features.
- Credits can be purchased via Telegram Stars or USDT (TRC20).
- Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by applicable law.
- Unused credits do not expire.
- Pricing may change with notice. Existing credits retain their value.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal activities
- Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
- Abuse the AI to generate harmful, deceptive, or illegal content
- Circumvent rate limits, billing, or security measures
- Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
- Use automated tools to abuse the Service
5. AI-Generated Content
- AI responses are generated by third-party language models and may contain errors.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI responses.
- You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content.
- Do not rely on AI responses for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
6. Wallet & Financial Features
- The TRON wallet feature is provided for convenience. You are responsible for your wallet security.
- We encrypt your private key, but you should set up a recovery key as an additional safeguard.
- We are not responsible for losses due to blockchain transactions, including but not limited to: incorrect addresses, network fees, or market fluctuations.
- Nova is not a financial service provider. The wallet is a utility feature, not a financial product.
7. Third-Party Services
Nova integrates with third-party services (Google, GitHub, AI providers, etc.). Your use of these integrations is also subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or changes.
8. Data & Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on data collection, usage, and protection.
9. Service Availability
- We strive to keep the Service available 24/7, but do not guarantee uptime.
- We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
